Reiki is a calming, non-invasive therapy that works with the body’s natural energy systems. Rooted in the principle of universal life force, Reiki is offered through light touch or hands held just above the body — allowing energy to flow where it’s needed most.

There’s no need to believe in anything specific. Reiki simply invites your body and mind to settle, soften, and receive.

Each Reiki session is offered with care, presence, and attunement to your needs. You’ll be welcomed into a peaceful setting — either in-person or through my mobile service for housebound clients.

Sessions include:
• A gentle check-in to understand your needs
• Reiki offered through light touch or hands-off, depending on comfort
• Time to rest, integrate, and reflect
• Optional grounding practices to support your return to daily life
